3/8/2021 0 Comments Raisin cookies( Gluten Free)![]() 2 cups brown rice flour 1 TSP baking soda 1/2 TSP salt 3/4 cup cane sugar or 1.5 TS Stevia 1/2 cup butter 2 eggs(Pasture raised) 2TSP vanilla extract 1 1/2 cup raisins 1 cup chopped walnut(Soaked them 24 hours in advance) Preheat oven to 375 f. In a mixing bowel Beat eggs and sugar till smooth and add vanilla extract. In another bowl mix flour, salt and baking soda and swift them all. Add the dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix till it shape a dough. Fold in walnuts and raisins. Lat a cookie sheet with parchment paper and arrange hopping TSP full of dough with 2 inches space on it. Bake for 8-10 min or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and leave them in the baking sheet for 5 more minutes before placing them in a plate.
