12/23/2020 0 Comments Bok Choy![]() Ingredients 2 TBS avocado oil ½ medium onion- sliced ½ TS turmeric Bock Choy ½ pound (two heads)-cut to an inch length 1-inch ginger root-chopped Juice of ½ lime 1 TS Salt ½ TS Black pepper In a medium skillet heat the oil and add sliced onions and sauté for 3-5 minutes,add turmeric to it and sauté for another minute or two. Add cut bock choy and sauté for 2 minutes and add chopped ginger, lime juice and salt and pepper and mix them in the skillet. Add ¼ cup of water and cover and let simmer for 5 minutes. Bock choy is one of the best alkalizer for body that means it can prevent cancer, reduce inflammations and many other benefits.

12/16/2020 0 Comments Sweet Potato Croquette![]() Ingredients: 2 cups/4 medium sweet potatoes (mashed) 1 Medium Onion(grated) ½ pound ground beef 1 egg (slightly beaten) 2 tablespoons Rice Flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground red Pepper Dash of baking soda Avocado Oil (for deep frying) Combine mashed sweet potatoes, grated onion, salt, pepper, baking soda and flour; beat until smooth and well blended. Chill thoroughly. Shape chilled mixture into croquettes. Fry in hot deep oil, about 370 F, until croquettes are golden brown. Drain well. |
