2 TBS avocado oil
½ medium onion- sliced
½ TS turmeric
Bock Choy ½ pound (two heads)-cut to an inch length
1-inch ginger root-chopped
Juice of ½ lime
1 TS Salt
½ TS Black pepper
In a medium skillet heat the oil and add sliced onions and sauté for 3-5 minutes,add turmeric to it and sauté for another minute or two. Add cut bock choy and sauté for 2 minutes and add chopped ginger, lime juice and salt and pepper and mix them in the skillet. Add ¼ cup of water and cover and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Bock choy is one of the best alkalizer for body that means it can prevent cancer, reduce inflammations and many other benefits.
