Boil water with a pinch of salt in 4-quart pot, after it came to rolling boils add the washed rice and let it boil together for about 10 minutes. Lower the heat and add ghee and dill weed. Cover the pot let it simmer for 45 min to one hour. Fluff the rice and serve it with fish or chicken. Benefits of Black Rice
